Blue Wire is excited to announce the podcasts from McClatchy’s Miami and Kansas City markets have signed with the network. This partnership comes as the latest continuation of Blue Wire’s growing relationships with newspapers, following the company's previous partnership with the Las Vegas Review Journal.

The shows joining Blue Wire include The Greg Cote Show, Dolphins in Depth, Heat Check, Eye on the U, and Fish Bytes from The Miami Herald, and SportsBeat KC from The Kansas City Star, all of which focus on an array of sports and topics ranging from comedic conversations by personalities to in-depth analysis. In conjunction with Blue Wire’s far-ranging content, these additions further diversify the network's content by expanding sports coverage for audiences no matter where they are listening from.

“We love that our content is a mix of fans and journalists,” CEO Kevin Jones said to Awful Announcing, highlighting beat reporters from The Sacramento Bee, The Boston Globe, and The Deseret News that are members of the network.

“Lots of our best podcasts are from fans of the Lakers, Yankees, Warriors, Arsenal. We think a blended approach to our voices gives us a breadth that’s different than our competition like The Athletic or The Ringer. The Miami Herald and The Kansas City Star add to our journalistic credibility.”

Blue Wire looks forward to expanding on these relationships with newspapers, as we continue to identify ways to connect with communities through a range of media forms and platforms.
