Blue Wire Launchpad is a paid Internship program designed to reduce the opportunity gap in sports media.

Finding and developing the best talent is in Blue Wire’s DNA. This internship program has been designed to widen the sports media talent pipeline and promote practical, career-launching experiences for you: the next generation of business leaders and creatives.

The program will run for 8 weeks in Summer 2021. Those who are selected will be placed in an interdisciplinary “pod” with whom you will work with throughout the summer. In addition, you will attend learning-based sessions, networking events, and other career-focused opportunities. Due to COVID-19, the 2021 session will be entirely remote.

You will choose a core business area to focus on during the program. These areas include:

• Front Office: Partnerships/Sales, Talent, and Business Affairs
• Back of House: Finance, Revenue, and Operations
• Content: Studios (original programming) and Network
• Marketing: Social Media, Marketing, Editorial and Design
