Position Overview: 

The Human Resources Coordinator role will support HR programs and initiatives ensuring processes and services are delivered with excellence. Communication and collaboration will be key to create positive and engaging employee experiences. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with an ambition for success.

Location: Los Angeles Preferred

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Compliance: Ensure confidentiality and integrity across all applicable channels of communication and documentation as well as address and maintain HR compliance in adherence to applicable government laws, policies, procedures, and programs
  • HR Administration & Employee Life Cycle: Provide administrative support services as a part of the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, on and off-boarding, learning and development, performance management, employee relations and provide accurate guidance on employee inquiries resulting in positive engagement
  • Culture Ambassador: Partner closely with HR leadership in areas not limited to wellness programs, diversity, equity, inclusion, team building and other key initiatives
  • Report & Data Management: Provide data analytics to conduct audits, identify gaps, redundancies, potential contradictions and translate for reporting to address trends, recognize opportunities and best practices
  • Performance Management: Partner with HR leadership on strategic initiatives to implement and execute desired outcomes
  • Project Management: Manage and execute projects and additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred and 3+ years of HR experience OR additional HR experience in lieu of a Bachelors degree
  • Working knowledge of employment laws, HR compliance and HRIS systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high tolerance for ambiguity
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, execute on multiple projects with limited supervision and discretion regarding confidential matters
  • Critical thinker with prior experience with data analytics, metrics and automated reporting
  • Proven project management and analytical skills required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications and experience with HRIS and ATS systems
