Blue Wire Studios is looking for a Production Intern to participate in and learn how to create a slate of studio content. Based in our studio on the Wynn Las Vegas property, our Internship Program is a paid experience designed for students studying podcasts, art, media, computer graphics, and film.

This is a part-time internship based in our Las Vegas, Nevada production studio.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Learning the core production elements of production simulcast video and audio content
  • Assist in recordings of future episodes of existing content and editing of content covering a range of sports, comedy, culture, and entertainment
  • Assist with editing and assembling episodes of original content
  • Learn how to produce best-in class content and work with the production team to ensure remote recordings are executed to the Blue Wire standards
  • Collaborate with teams across Blue Wire including development, production, postproduction, marketing, operations, business development, business affairs and more

Basic Qualifications:

  • Excellent attention to details and accuracy, strong time management, and organization skills
  • Proactive and resourceful
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, change course of action quickly and maintain professionalism under pressure
  • Interpersonal, listening, communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite of products including Teams, Word and Excel
  • Be open to taking risks and trying things outs. Must not be afraid to fail
  • Naturally curious with a desire to problem solve and create solutions with a collaborative mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite of Products including Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro
  • Knowledge of film and audio production
  • Knowledge of social media
  • Awareness of content workflow  
  • Awareness of editorial pipeline

Additional Information / Program Eligibility:

  • At least 21 years of age with unrestricted work authorization
  • Ability to provide own housing, and transportation
