Blue Wire and Wynn Resorts have partnered on a first-of-its-kind brand alliance. Wynn Resorts will be home to Blue Wire’s physical studio space within the heart of its flagship Las Vegas property and will activate around tentpole sports events like March Madness and NFL Kickoff as a promotion surrounding WynnBet, the organization’s sports gambling subsidiary. Blue Wire will host compelling, athlete and influencer led content year-round out of the studio while continuing to innovate new ideas and promotions with the world-class hospitality brand.

Position Overview: 

The Motion Graphics Designer and Video Editor reports to the Executive Producer, Blue Wire Studios and will be responsible for producing motion graphics and editing video created by the studio. Core responsibilities in this role include supporting the pre- and post-production of all Blue Wire Studios’ and partner content created in the studio, handling the storage and organization of all footage, projects files, etc., designing and animating graphics for videos and LED boards, and working with the larger Blue Wire team to create engaging, performance-driven and award-worthy content.

This role is based in Las Vegas. A sample of work or portfolio is requested at the time of resume submittal.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Produce visually compelling video through Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere and After Effects
  • Deliver graphic designs for podcast and social media assets surrounding Blue Wire Studios @ Wynn Las Vegas
  • Develop new concepts, graphics and layouts utilizing LED screens inside the studio
  • Create a proactive process to manage incoming design requests
  • Track industry and competitive new and emerging creative tactics, styles, and trends
  • Remain current with sports news, teams, rosters, fan bases, brands and products, and moments significant to Blue Wire’s core audiences


  • Bachelor’s degree in Art Design or applicable equivalent experience highly preferred
  • Expertise in After Effects and Adobe premiere with a strong understanding of Illustrator and Photoshop required. Expertise in 3D programs such as Cinema 4D are a major plus
  • Ability to occasionally record interviews, capture b-roll with working knowledge of professional video equipment
  • A demonstrated understanding of design composition and professional-level mastery of industry standard design software and tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once, and prioritize resources accordingly
  • Self-motivated, hard-working, and work well against deadlines
  • Creative imagination and award-winning work a plus
  • Naturally curious, desire to problem solve and create solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high tolerance for ambiguity
