Position Overview:
This internship will occur during the Spring semester. The Blue Wire Studios Intern position will be a member of the Blue Wire Studios team.
We’re looking for current students and recent grads who are passionate and eager to learn more about this industry.  Whether you’re looking to break into the technical aspects of podcasting or looking into non-technical managerial/administration, Blue Wire Studios could be your next stop.

We are currently looking to fill technical internship positions.


Audio/Visual Production Intern -

Prior knowledge and experience are not a requirement, but a plus. The purpose of this internship is to give candidates the opportunity to learn how a production studio operates, and the skills associated with it.

Responsibilities:
  • Hands-on support via instruction from the Studio Audio and Video Leads
  • Assist in audio/visual setup and cable management
  • Operate software such as VMix, Studio One, OBS, etc.
  • Assist talent during their preparation and during recordings
  • Operate video hardware including PTZ Cameras, handheld cameras, video switchers, etc)
  • Provide general department support + special projects
  • Additional responsibilities as needed

Compensation:
This is a paid internship at a rate of $15/hour for 10-20 hours/week.
