Position Overview:

The Coordinator, Accounts & Ad Operations is responsible for supporting post-sale execution processes within Blue Wire.  The Coordinator will help operationalize and streamline all internal and external aspects of our audio, digital, and social media campaigns. The individual will act as the first line of contact with external partners while serving as a liaison across various departments including Ad Sales, Business Development, Finance, Network, and Production. Ideal candidates must be able to provide timely and accurate information to maintain an orderly book of business for Account Executives leveraging our 300+ podcasts and associated creators to drive revenue for Blue Wire.

Responsibilities:​​​​
  • Steward multichannel marketing campaigns on a daily/weekly basis
  • Assist in managing accounts and associated external teams to exceed client expectations
  • Ensure all campaigns are properly booked and tracked across key order management systems (e.g. Megaphone, boostr, Operative 1)
  • Aggregate creative assets and tags while performing quality assurance checks
  • Track delivery and overall pacing for various internal and external reports, optimizing executions where necessary
  • Reconcile campaigns for invoicing purposes and work with clients to resolve any differences in 3rd party reporting systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 1-2 years relevant post-graduate work experience or related internship, preferably at a media publisher, sales organization, or agency (account management, client service, and/or ad operations experience a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a high tolerance for ambiguity
  • Detail oriented and responsive, deadline-driven with strong quantitative reasoning skills
  • Familiarity with media/advertising operations
  • Highly collaborative, passionate about client service and fostering relationships
  • Experience in MS Teams, particularly Excel
Compensation
  • $50,000-$55,000 annual

This role is located on the East Coast, preferably New York, NY.
